Based on our experience and knowledge of the Sourcing process we have developed SATURN, our unique tool that helps organisations determine their overall sourcing strategy by establishing a comprehensive & methodical review of their IS business operations.

The foundation of SATURN is our experience and data derived from industry best practices. The output from SATURN enables alignment of a client’s IS operations with the organisation's individual transformation goals and potential sourcing options.

Utilising the SATURN workshop assessment process, we assist our client in considering and selecting sourcing options for each relevant business process and IS element. This assessment process is carried out within the context of the client’s overall strategy and objectives, and takes account of the constraints of both internal and external aspects of the client’s business landscape.

A typical SATURN workshop is a 4 week engagement at a client location, comprising interactive workshops and data analysis sessions. It enables a systematic yet flexible, collaborative and adaptable approach to sourcing selection.
